Return Policy:
30-day return window. RMA requests must be submitted online within 30 days of the original order date. RMA requests after 30 days will be denied; NO EXCEPTIONS.
Upon inspection of the returned product and confirmation that the items are unopened, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale, Aero-Lites, LLC will refund the purchase price of the returned items, less a 10% restocking fee.
Returned merchandise must include all original components, accessories, and packaging. Missing components may result in an increased restocking fee or denial of the return.
**Inbound and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
10% Restocking Fee - All returned merchandise will be assessed a minimum 10% restocking fee.
20% Restocking Fee - Items returned in which the packaging has been opened are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the refund amount.
100% Restocking Fee - Any item that has been installed, modified, used, damaged, or returned in violation of this Return Policy will be assessed a 100% restocking fee. No refund will be issued.
Aero-Lites, LLC is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and other governmental charges.
Aero-Lites, LLC does not control how or when a financial institution processes a refund after it has been issued to the original payment transaction. Questions regarding the status of a refund should be directed to your financial institution.
This Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly from Aero-Lites, LLC. It does not apply to dealers, distributors, resellers, or products purchased through third-party marketplaces or auction websites.
Refund Method: All approved refunds are issued only as a credit to the original payment transaction. Refunds will not be issued to an alternate credit card, debit card, bank account, payment method, or third party. No exceptions.
Procedure for Returning Unused/Undamaged Merchandise:

If your return conforms to the above policy, an RMA Supplement will be forwarded to your provided email address..

Print and complete the RMA Supplement. Include this document as well a copy of your original purchase receipt/invoice and mail items to be returned per the instructions on the RMA Supplement.
