Return Policy

*We offer a no-hassle 30-day return policy for any product that we sell.

Did you order the wrong item? Do you have a unique situation that's causing a fitment issue? Or did you find a better product for your needs? Whatever the case may be, if you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason whatsoever, please contact us as soon as possible to receive an RMA number so that your return arrives back within the allotted 30 day window.  Shipping cost for return shipping shall be prepaid by the buyer and any returns marked "postage due" will be rejected.

Returns received within 30 days of original purchase:

Upon receiving inspection of the returned product, Aero-Lites will refund the purchase price via the original payment method, less any shipping cost we incurred on the outbound delivery to you. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving inspection.

Aero-Lites is not responsible for lost or damaged products that are sent to us. 

*Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Aero-Lites does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your financial institution if you have questions about the status of the refund. 

 

Aero-Lites will not provide a refund for a product that is received by Aero-Lites more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Aero-Lites also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than this website.

Procedure for Returning Unused/Undamaged Merchandise:

  1.  To obtain RMA#, send a message through the contact form located in the footer of this website.

    1. Required information:

      • Invoice/Order Number

      • Reason for the return request. (Your feedback will help to better serve you and also help us improve our products and customer service experience.)

      • We will reply to you promptly with the necessary information regarding shipping address, etc.

  2.  Package the items you wish to return in a fashion that will protect the items from potential damage while in transit.

  3.  Print a copy of your original order receipt and place inside the shipping box.

  4.  Ship package using a carrier method that includes tracking capability. (We are not responsible for items lost in transit).

  5.  Your return merchandise will be evaluated upon receipt (please allow 2-3 business days).

  6.  We will refund the purchase price of the returned items against the original Credit Card transaction # for the order.
