Merchandise  Returns

Procedure for Returning Unused/Undamaged Merchandise:

  1.  To obtain a return authorization, submit the Return Authorization Request Form below.

  2. An RMA Supplement will be forwarded to your provided email address within two (2) business days.

  3. Print and complete the RMA Supplement. Include this document as well a copy of your original purchase receipt/invoice and mail items to be returned per the instructions on the RMA Supplement.

Return Policy:

•    30-day return window. RMA requests must be submitted online within 30 days of original invoice date. RMA requests after 30 days will be denied; NO EXCEPTIONS.
•    Upon receiving inspection of the returned product and confirmation that the items are unopened, unused, and in a condition fit for resale - Aero-Lites will refund the purchase price of items returned; less a 5% restocking fee.  
•    
**Inbound and/or outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
•    5% Restocking Fee - All returned merchandise will be assessed a mimimum 5% restocking fee.
•    
20% Restocking Fee - Items returned that are opened and/or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the refund amount.
•    
100% Restocking Fee - Items received out of compliance with any clause in this "Return Policy" including items that have been installed or otherwise damaged from mishandling or damage during return transit will be assessed a 100% restocking fee. No refund will be issued against the order.
•    Aero-Lites, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged products that are sent to us.
•    *Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.
•    Notwithstanding the foregoing, Aero-Lites does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your financial institution if you have questions about the status of the refund.
•    This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than this website.
