Shipping Policies
When will my order ship?
All of our products are in stock with no lead time, unless specified otherwise. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Typically orders will dispatch within 24 hours. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or federally recognized holidays. *Delivery estimates and/or delays while package in transit are out of our control and should be addressed with the respective Carrier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Enter the tracking number in the carrier's online tracking tool to see the status. If you cannot locate your tracking number please contact us and we will be happy to provide it to you.
What shipping methods do you offer?

Domestic website orders are shipped exclusively via UPS (contiguous USA).

"Freight Collect": Please contact us prior to placing order if you wish to provide your shipper's account in order to bill carriage cost directly to your commercial account.
Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship to many destinations internationally. International shipping options (if available to your destination) will populate based on your provided shipping address during the checkout process.

International Freight Collect": If a specific carrier is required (eg. UPS, FedEx, DHL), we can generally accommodate and use an authorized 3rdparty/recipient commercial account to bill shipping/duties/taxes directly. Before submitting an order, please submit a message via the contact form with the request.

Notice to importers: International shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the importer. Failure to pay assessed charges may result in return shipment at the importer’s expense.
