IMPORTANT - BY PURCHASING A PRODUCT SOLD BY AERO-LITES, LLC, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED HEREIN. Aero-Lites, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes apply to future use of this website and future purchases.

1. Except as expressly set forth above in the applicable limited warranty, Aero-Lites, LLC or its representatives makes no other express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law and specifically disclaims and excludes all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability, compatibility with other equipment and/or modifications or fitness for ANY purpose. Due to the overlapping applications for use of commercial replacement lighting articles,  Aero-Lites, LLC expressly notifies potential purchasers of the products it distributes that no product distributed by Aero-Lites, LLC (www.aero-lites.com) or its other distribution channels, carries ANY industry-recognized end-use certification including, but not limited to FAA-PMA, TSO, PMA-STC, DOT, SAE certifications. Each product distributed by Aero-Lites, LLC is intended for experimental and/or off-road use only and for installations that do not require FAA, SAE, DOT, or other certifications not expressly identified by Aero-Lites, LLC. The purchaser and/or installer is solely responsible for determining installation compatibility and installation eligibility for use.  By purchasing and/or installing ANY product distributed by Aero-Lites, LLC or www.aero-lites.com, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions herein, and are familiar with all binding policies set forth by Aero-Lites, LLC including (but not limited to) Return Policies, Warranty Policies and Terms and Conditions. 

2. In no event shall Aero-Lites, LLC or its representatives be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of any product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, or loss of use of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, even if Aero-Lites has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of Aero-Lites shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

The Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America.  The sale of any Aero-Lites, LLC Product to Buyer is considered to have taken place in Upson County, Georgia and shall be governed by this Agreement.  This Agreement will not be governed by the conflict of law rules or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.  Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be Upson County, Georgia and both Buyer and Aero-Lites, LLC waive all rights to have a dispute brought elsewhere.

4. Returns and refunds are subject to the Return Policy published on this website, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Order Acceptance: Aero-Lites, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment at its sole discretion. If payment has already been received, any canceled order will be refunded in accordance with the Return Policy.

6. Pricing Errors: Although every effort is made to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, Aero-Lites, LLC reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, and product description errors and to cancel orders placed using incorrect information.
